Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Seoul, Korea.

Shipping cost

Each order is charged at a flat rate of 30 USD for standard shipping.
Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or how many pieces you order.
We are currently offering free standard shipping on orders over 200 USD.

*Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery to your country.

Shipping period

We use DHL to ship worldwide
Please allow 3-5 business days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping.
Your order will be shipped out after all item(s) are ready.
During peak, promotional and holiday periods, processing timeframes may be subject to change and getting your order may take longer to be on the move than expected.
If the product has been sold out or having a delayed restock, the order can be automatically canceled and refunded.

Pre-order

Once you have secured your item, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available.
Expected shipping date is stated in the each product's page.
As soon as your pre-ordered piece has been sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details, so you know when to expect it.
